As hoped and anticipated, Friday was a sunny day and although the breeze was cool, it made for ideal walking. We set off from The Neatherd to take the byways north to Northall Green, duly passing the promised primroses which did indeed present a beautiful spectacle. After half a mile along the lane and a brief spell beside Swanton Road, we joined another byway to take us back to The Neatherd. From there, we joined Norwich Road for a short stretch before making our way to Little Neatherd and back to our start point.

Half of the group then elected to go to the Railway Station for drinks and/or lunch to end a great morning.
